The original brief was to elect a minimum of 200 words from a menu. Then typeset the menu without any images in on a 7.5 in x 7.5 in frame on an 8.5 x 11 in document.

The Botanist is one of my favorite restaurants in Vancouver British Columbia because it perfectly combines culinary excellence with a stunning ambiance.
